On Sunday, November 25, high school athletes who are current members of the Great Lakes Region USA Volleyball have the opportunity to participate in the Great Lakes Volleyball Combines. The program, which will be held at the Palos Courts Sports Complex, offers an annual tracking and progress report that will be used by college volleyball recruiters. Megan has been playing well on the right side. She had some key defensive plays to keep the team competitive. Jineen had three blocks in her match. Karolina played with energy and enthusiasm. Great job ladies.
Players of the Game vs DDECongratulations to our three players of the game vs DDE. Karolina Walkosz was the player of the game for Varsity, rallying off in both game 7 serves in a row, as well as playing great defense and having two kills. Jasmine Escatel was the player of the game for sophomores with three aces. Gabby "crazy legs" Bebenek was the freshmen player of the game with fantastic play all around the court, including three key blocks and 2 kills. Great Job ladies.
De La Salle TournamentCongrats to Amy Kinney on making the All Tournament at the De La Salle tournament.
Players of the Game vs ReavisCongrats to Amy Kinney, Jessica Moran, Myeshia Owten and Karolina Krzak. These ladies worked hard to earn this great honor. Amy Kinney had 6 kills and 3 blocks. Myeshia got her serves over and played outside consistently. Karolina hit well. Jessica played consistent volleyball all the way around. Great job ladies.
Rich Central All tournament teamCongrats to Jessica Jenkins on being named to the Rich Central All Tournament Team. Jess played exceptional defense and offense and didn't sit for one play the entire tournament. Jessica is a great team leader who put all she had into the game.
Player of the game vs Evergreen Park Congrats to Kristina Grewe for being player of the game. Kristina hustled and played hard giving her teammates many chances for kills. Great job Kristina!
Players of the game vs Tinley Park Congrats to Karolina Walkosz, Julie Escoto and Shawntae Davis. Karolina played her heart out all the way around the court. Julie's spirit was contagious. Shawntae was always in her position and had a lot of great hits on the outside. Great job ladies.
Players of the game vs TF NorthCongrats to Vickie Baker, Ana Rodriguez and Val Zavala on being players of the game. Ana had 9 great serves in a row. Vickie played all around good defense and was excited to play. Val had the best game of her career, talking, moving for the ball, and getting some good hits. Great job girls!
Players of the GameCongrats to Colleen Murphy on being Player of the Game vs Hillcrest. Colleen played all the way around, with great offense and defense as well as serving. Great job Colleen.
Players of the game Congrats to Sabrina Williams, Desirey Gonzalez, Jineen Hammad, Emily Klimek and Kristian Davis on being players of the game. Sabrina had three kills and played great defense. Desirey and Kristian both added great serving. Jineen played excellent front row defense. Great job ladies.

Sabrina set her team up in her first match as a freshmen on sophomores. Kristian was a great leader and stepped it up in the front row to help her team out. Great job girls!
